This role directly supervises frontline employees and leads, supports operational execution, and ensures all work is completed in accordance with company, airline, and regulatory standards.RESPONSIBILITIESSupervise daily activities of Catering Transport Drivers, Leads, and operational staffProvide direction, support, and real-time problem resolution during shiftsMonitor employee performance and provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action as neededAssist with training and onboarding of new employeesPromote a safety-first culture and ensure adherence to company policiesOversee aircraft servicing and ensure on-time, accurate,



and safe operationsCoordinate shift activities to meet operational demands and service expectationsEnsure all work is performed in accordance with airline SOPs and SLAsSupport scheduling execution and ensure proper staffing levels during shiftsStep in and perform operational duties as neededEnsure compliance with all safety, operational, and regulatory requirementsMonitor use of PPE and adherence to safety proceduresEnsure completion and accuracy of required documentation (DFRs, catering logs, vehicle inspections)Report and expand operational or safety concernsSupport incident reporting and ensure timely documentation (e.G., GPET)Monitor operational performance and address service gaps in real timeConduct routine checks and audits to ensure compliance and quality standardsCommunicate operational updates, delays, and issues to leadershipSupport continuous improvement efforts within the operationAssist with shift scheduling and labor coordinationSupport tracking of attendance, productivity, and performance metricsParticipate in team meetings and operational briefingsPerform any additional duties as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONSMinimum 18 years of age1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferredValid driver’s license (in good standing)Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employmentMust be able to obtain and maintain all required airport, security, and regulatory clearances applicable to the location (e.G., TSA, FAA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, U.S. Postal Service, RAIC)Ability to operate ground service equipment (catering trucks, forklifts, etc.)Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends,
