Position Requirements
Proven experience supporting Contact Centre technologies and enterprise applications.
3+ years hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX administration, configuration, and development.
Experience with Architect, Routing, Data Actions, Digital Channels, Analytics, and WEM.
API and integration development using REST, JSON, SDKs, and OAuth.
AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, Lex, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
Knowledge of SIP, VoIP, telephony routing, and omnichannel contact centre technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Genesys Cloud CX Professional, Architect, Developer, or Integration certifications.
Experience with contact centre modernization, cloud migration, and AI solutions.

Hybrid 8
– you will work a minimum of 8 days in a 4-week period at your primary office headquarters (typically 2 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia. Please note there are updates to the hybrid model, starting September. This role will be moving to 2 days per week in office.
