Job DetailsWork Location: Toronto, Ontario, CanadaHours: 37.5Line of Business: Technology SolutionsPay Details: $96,900 - $136,800 CADResponsibilitiesAct as primary facilitator and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART), guiding teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders in Agile and Protected practices.Lead and facilitate major ART ceremonies, including PI Planning events, ensuring alignment on objectives, dependencies, and committed PI goals.Conduct ART Sync meetings (Scrum of Scrums + PO Sync).Proactively manage program‑level risks, impediments, dependencies, and compliance blockers—escalating to governance/risk committees as needed and preventing regulatory deadlines from being impacted.Escalate and help resolve program‑level impediments that teams or Scrum Masters cannot address on their own.Collaborate with Product Management, System Architects, Business Owners, and other stakeholders to maintain alignment between strategy and execution.Drive flow optimization and predictability metrics while ensuring releases adhere to change‑management windows, rollback capabilities, and zero‑downtime requirements.Foster a culture of improvement and adherence to SAFe Core Values and Agile principles.Support preparation for and execution of releases/deployments in coordination with Release Management/DevOps teams.Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on agile maturity and scaling practices.Communicate ART status, risks,



and progress to executive stakeholders and help manage expectations.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field such as information technology, computer science, or business administration (Master’s preferred).3+ years of experience as a Coach, Product Manager, or Scrum Master.Certified SAFE Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFE Program Consultant (SPC), or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).3+ years’ experience with Agile Management tools.Typically requires 7+ years of Agile‑related experience.3+ years’ experience coaching multiple agile teams.Experience working in complex, multi‑team environments (software development, ID, product, or enterprise transformation).Exceptional facilitation, influence, and conflict‑resolution skills; ability to guide seniorleaders, diverse teams, and stakeholders.Strong servant‑leadership mindset with the ability to influence without direct authority.Excellent risk management, dependency visualization, and impediment‑removal capabilities.Data‑driven mindset; comfortable with metrics, flow analysis, and ART health assessment.Outstanding communication and stakeholder‑management skills (verbal, written, presentation).Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive alignment in large, cross‑functional settings.Nice to have: Experience in regulated industries (Finance) and DevOps / continuous‑delivery environments; background in change management or organizational agility transformations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
