We're looking for a dedicated Personal Support Worker for a client living independently on an acreage. The individual recently returned home from the hospital and needs reliable help with mobility challenges. You will assist with personal care tasks, provide medication reminders, and help manage daily activities, while ensuring respectful and positive interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with mobility and transfers in the home
• Support bathing and personal care needs
• Prepare light meals and offer mealtime reminders
• Manage medication reminders for adherence
• Provide supervision and companionship
Requirements:
• Certified Personal Support Worker (PSW)
• Experience with post-hospital care
• Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving
• Excellent communication skills with family
• Ability to work independently in rural settings
