Columbia Sportswear Canada LP is seeking a positive, hard‑working, reliable Warehouse Associate for a short‑term contract position running from now through November.Hours & CompensationFull‑time hours (40 hours per week)Day shift: Monday – Friday 7am‑3:30pm – hourly wage $19/hAfternoon shift: Monday – Friday 1pm‑9:30pm – hourly wage $19/h plus $1/h premium for hours worked on the afternoon shift (afternoon shift starts July27)ResponsibilitiesReceive and ship products to customersProper placement of cartons in correct storage locationsPull assigned cartons and place them on correct conveyors and sorting mechanismsMake labels, attach them to goods, load, pick appropriate boxes, pack and unpack goodsVerify accuracy of packing, seal cartons, and load cartons on trailers for shipmentOperate equipment to load, unload, and move materials and productsOperate computerized inventory control systemsMaintain positive open lines of communication with management, staff, and other departments to contribute to smooth flow of information and effective operation of the organizationMaintain accuracy and attention to detail while using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accountabilities for all unitsQualificationsAbility to perform physically demanding work, including standing for extended periods,
