The role involves collaborating with project teams, subtrades and consultants to coordinate, optimize and deliver building systems to the highest standards.ResponsibilitiesAssist the project team with coordination of building systems trades for compliance to drawings, specifications, quality and schedule.Assist with coordination drawing process.Read and understand the building systems trade contractor quality‑management programs; witness on‑site field testing and record results.Assist the project team with building systems commissioning document deliverables.Attend management and architect meetings related to building systems.Adhere to and support internal safety programs.Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.Develop and maintain strong customer‑focused relationships with all stakeholders.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required. Tradesperson or post‑secondary diploma/degree in a related discipline (mechanical, electrical, controls)
