This permanent full-time role requires collaborating with colleagues, parents, and community partners to provide developmentally appropriate programs. Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, the ECE will lead interactive activities that cater to all abilities. The role demands flexibility, adaptability, and a dedication to continuous professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage actively with children to ensure safety and promote well-being
• Plan and implement diverse, inclusive learning experiences
• Foster a creative and supportive classroom environment
• Collaborate with families and external agencies effectively
• Document and assess children’s learning and developments
Requirements:
• Completion of Early Childhood Education Level I, II, or III
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
• Experience with diverse learning needs a plus
• Familiarity with the Project Approach is beneficial
• Robust observation and assessment capabilities
