- 8+ years within strategic sourcing and technology procurement engagements
- Strong negotiation of SOWs , MSAs , NDAs, commercial terms, pricing, and deal structures
- Experience in a highly regulated environment supporting procurement and supplier engagements
- Strong understanding of contract terms , supplier risk considerations, and procurement lifecycle requirements
- Post-secondary education is an asset

Nice to Have

- Supply chain certifications
- Banking, financial services, or healthcare industry experience
- Experience with procurement tools such as Ariba and Coupa

Responsibilities





- Develop sourcing pipelines and category strategies for assigned technology categories
- Lead supplier evaluation and supplier selection activities
- Drive RFx, supplier negotiation, and deal structuring activities
- Support sourcing engagements through onboarding, renewals, order forms, and SOW execution
- Partner with vendor management to align on supplier risk and agreement readiness
- Recommend sourcing process improvements that enhance efficiency and control effectiveness
- Present research findings and sourcing recommendations to management and business stakeholders
