Key Responsibilities:



• Coach individuals to build confidence and identify strengths • Develop personalized employment pathways for job seekers • Create cutting-edge solutions when traditional methods fail • Support individuals during their transition to employment • Lead workshops on employment readiness and personal development

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Over 3 years working with vulnerable populations • Strong communication and organizational skills • Flexible and solutions-oriented mindset • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
