Key Responsibilities:



• Develop comprehensive IEPs and facilitate meetings • Ensure compliance with state and federal educational regulations • Deliver effective instruction aligned with IEP goals • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding student information • Advocate for the unique needs of students with disabilities

Requirements: • Valid MN teaching license in special education • Bachelor’s Degree required • Experience working with behavior management and crisis intervention • Familiarity with due process procedures • Ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team
