At least 2 years should be in e-commerce or marketplace environments. There is a strong preference for Live Commerce or event-based marketing/CRM.Proven expertise in owning and optimizing performance-based, multi-channel lifecycle communications (email, push, in-app, or similar), covering audience strategy, trigger logic, messaging,



and measurement.Strong experimentation mindset—ability to develop hypotheses, forecast impact, run A/B tests, interpret results, and translate findings into scalable improvements.Deep comfort with metrics and data, including setting success targets, monitoring funnel and health indicators, diagnosing performance problems, and balancing short-term gains with long-term customer value using data insights.Excellent product sense and demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, working closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Design to deliver simple, effective customer experiences.Highly organized and motivated to take action and improve continuously.
