At McCain, this isn’t just a program—it’s the start of your future.Program HighlightsCPA Ontario Pre‑Approved Program – all rotations are pre‑approved with CPA for practical experience30‑month rotational structure with exposure to multiple finance and accounting functionsReal‑world experience that connects classroom learning to business impactRotation ExperienceYou’ll rotate through several core areas, which may include:Corporate Accounting (Financial Reporting)Internal AuditFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)Corporate TaxationOthersProgram StructureTwo 12‑month rotations (one of these being Corporate Accounting or Internal Audit) and one 6‑month rotationPlease note the rotations and order may vary based on business needs and development goalsWhat You’ll ReceiveComprehensive preparatory training and study leave to support your preparation for CPA examinations (including full reimbursements to participate in Densmore training)Eligibility for reimbursement for CPA PEP or GDIP programs up to the cost of the CPA PEP programReimbursement of exam fees, student dues, and study materialsContinuous learning through online training and development resourcesExposure to diverse operational areas, providing valuable insights from both a consolidated and regional perspectiveWhat You’ll Need To Be SuccessfulA Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field (completed prior to program start),
including the required CPA Ontario prerequisite coursesA clear interest in pursuing your CPA designationWillingness and ability to travel domestically or internationally as part of certain rotational assignmentsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teamsAnalytical thinking and attention to detail, with a passion for problem‑solvingAbility to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentA self‑motivated, hands‑on mindset with a drive to deliver results and learn continuouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and OutlookFluency in English (written and verbal)Application RequirementPlease include your academic transcript with your resume. $58,800.00 - $78,500.00 CAD annually + Bonus EligibilityThe above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting.
