Responsibilities

- Collect blood samples and other specimens using phlebotomy techniques, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Prepare and process laboratory samples according to established protocols, maintaining sample integrity
- Perform routine laboratory tests, including blood counts, urinalysis, and other diagnostic procedures
- Accurately record data, analyze results, and report findings to supervising medical staff




- Maintain strict adherence to safety guidelines, infection control procedures, and quality assurance standards
- Assist with inventory management of laboratory supplies and reagents
- Support laboratory staff with administrative tasks such as data entry, labeling specimens, and documentation

Experience

- Prior hospital or clinical laboratory experience is highly preferred
- Proven proficiency in phlebotomy techniques with a strong understanding of medical terminology
- Hands-on laboratory experience with diagnostic testing procedures
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret test results accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities to ensure precise documentation
- Ability to work effectively in a team workplace within a fast-paced healthcare setting
