We are recognized for our technical expertise, collaborative culture, and human‑centred values.Position SummaryHardware Engineer (Electronic Systems)is responsible for thedesign, validation, and support of electronic hardwareused in safety‑critical systems for passenger train door control. Reporting to the Engineering Supervisor and working closely withSystem Engineering, Project Management, Software, and Production, this role ensures that electronic designs arerobust, compliant, testable, and manufacturablethroughout the full product lifecycle. This is ahands‑on engineering rolewith strong involvement indesign reviews, testing, certification, and production support .Key ResponsibilitiesHardware Design & Development: Design and review analog and digital electronic circuits for control and supervision systemsDesign and review PCBs, including schematic capture and layout reviewContribute to the development of safety‑related electronic systemsSupport CPLD / FPGA designs where applicableTesting, Validation & Certification: Define, execute, or supervise hardware test benchesLead or support EMI/EMC, environmental, qualification, and routine testingSupport homologation and certification activitiesAnalyze test results and implement corrective actionsTechnical Collaboration: Participate actively in design reviews (technical contributor)Work closely with System Engineers to ensure system‑level coherenceSupport Project Managers by providing technical input, estimates,
