And we are looking for an IT Systems Administrator who wants more than just “keeping the lights on.”We are looking for someone who wants to build, improve, secure, optimize, and modernize the technology infrastructure that supports a rapidly growing organization.This is an in‑office role based in Vancouver, BC, where collaboration, speed, and hands‑on problem solving are part of the culture.The OpportunityThis is not a help desk role.This is a high‑impact infrastructure role for an IT professional who enjoys ownership, solving complex technical challenges, and helping a business scale properly.You will be a key technical resource responsible for maintaining and evolving our IT environment across servers, networking, Microsoft 365, virtualization, cybersecurity, and cloud systems.You’ll work closely with leadership and operational teams to ensure our technology environment is stable, secure, efficient, and built for growth.You will also play a major role in:Modernizing systems and processesDriving IT projects and infrastructure improvementsStrengthening cybersecurity and operational resiliencySupporting a growing user base across multiple departmentsCreating scalable systems instead of temporary fixesIf you enjoy building structure, improving environments,



and being trusted to own critical infrastructure decisions — this is the role for you.What You’ll OwnInfrastructure & Systems AdministrationAdminister and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platformsManage Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and IntuneOversee VMware/Hyper‑V environments and server infrastructureEnsure system reliability, uptime, and performance across the organizationNetworking & SecurityManage firewalls, switches, VLANs, VPN connectivity, and wireless infrastructureSupport cybersecurity initiatives including patch management, endpoint protection, vulnerability remediation, and access controlStrengthen backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processesProactively identify risks and implement preventative solutionsProjects & Continuous ImprovementLead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, deployments, and technology rolloutsEvaluate and recommend new technologies that improve scalability and operational efficiencyCreate documentation, SOPs, diagrams, and technical runbooksHelp drive automation and process improvement initiativesTechnical Leadership & SupportAct as a Tier 2/3 escalation point for technical issuesMentor junior IT team members and help elevate technical standardsPartner with departments across the business to understand operational needs and deliver effective solutionsCommunicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholdersWhat We’re Looking For3–5+ years of experience in Systems Administration or Infrastructure SupportStrong experience with:Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)Active Directory & Group PolicyMicrosoft 365 AdministrationVMware or Hyper‑VNetworking infrastructure and firewallsStrong understanding of:VPNs, VLANs, routing, and wireless networkingBackup and disaster recovery systemsIT security best practicesExperience with Azure or AWS is an assetExperience with PowerShell or Python scripting is an assetStrong troubleshooting and analytical problem‑solving skillsAbility to manage projects independently and execute with minimal oversightStrong documentation and organizational disciplineExcellent communication and professionalismMost importantly:You take ownership.You do not wait to be told there is a problem.You proactively improve systems, identify risks before they become outages, and build infrastructure properly.You enjoy working in an workplace where expectations are high, growth is fast, and your work has visible impact.Why Join Renewal by Andersen – Dunn Group?Backed by a 125-year industry leaderRapid growth across British ColumbiaStrong operational leadership and investment in technologyHigh‑performance culture with real accountabilityOpportunity to influence and improve infrastructure at scaleCollaborative in‑office environment with direct access to leadershipCompetitive compensation and benefitsProfessional development and certification supportA role where you can actually improve systemsA company that is growing quicklyAn environment where your technical expertise mattersReal ownership and impactA team that values initiative, speed, and accountabilityWe want to hear from you.Apply today and help us build the infrastructure that supports world‑class growth and execution.#J-18808-Ljbffr
