COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• Base salary up to $90,000
• Commission of 0.15% on net new bullion sales - uncapped
• Top performers generating $3-4M per annum in net current volume
• Realistic OTE for strong performers: $150,000+

POSITION DESCRIPTION

• Player-coach role - 85% personal selling, 15% leading a small team by example
• Not a desk management role - this is for someone who still wants to sell
• Direct outbound to high-net-worth individual investors - cold, warm, and referral
• Re-engage a significant book of dormant clients that has not been touched in years
• Convert strong inbound demand generated by an active marketing team
• Attend and leverage industry events, conferences,

• Build and manage pipeline with discipline using Salesforce
• Hold a small sales team accountable and elevate performance through action not meetings
• Report directly to the President and Chief Strategy Officer

Qualifications:

• Genuine financial services credibility - investment products, alternatives, wealth management, or capital raising
• Proven track record of selling directly to high-net-worth individual investors
• Comfortable initiating conversations - cold outreach, warm reactivation, events, referrals
• Can speak fluently about markets, portfolio allocation, inflation, and why real assets matter now
• Has led or managed a small team and can speak to it with real substance and specific examples
• CSC or equivalent financial designation preferred
• High energy, disciplined, and accountable - leads from the front not from behind a desk
• Self-starter who doesn't need a system handed to them to produce results
• Comfortable with variable income and motivated by uncapped upside
• Someone who feels capped or constrained in their current seat and believes the right platform changes everything
