We’re hiring right now; if you’re interested, apply below for your chance to join a great place to work.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will engage in consulting, education, mentoring, and coaching support for the program team to further agile practices, mindset, and ways of working within a complex and matrixed organizational structure.What you will doHands‑on coaching of teams to improve Agile maturity, collaboration, and delivery.Hands‑on experience implementing Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile practicesProficiency in running daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.Guiding teams in self‑organization and cross‑functionalityMentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members to excel in their rolesDesigning and facilitating Agile workshops, training sessions, and boot camps.Guiding teams and stakeholders to make informed, consensus‑driven decisions.Collaborating with stakeholders to align Agile practices with business goals.Aligning team‑level Agile practices with program and portfolio‑level objectives.Support the team in navigating work across both agile and waterfall delivery methodologiesReinforce ways of working and operating the model with broader channel and payments product teams, operations,
