The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in transportation, logistics, fleet operations, and supply chain coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily transportation and fleet operations to ensure on‑time and effective service deliveryManage and support drivers, dispatch staff, and transportation coordinatorsMonitor route planning, scheduling, fuel usage, and fleet utilizationEnsure compliance with Ontario transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policiesMaintain transportation records, driver documentation, permits, inspections,
