We are seeking a Senior AEM Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AEM development and a strong background in Java and modern web technologies. This role requires strong technical problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and experience leading AEM implementations while mentoring junior developers and promoting AEM development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using Adobe Experience Manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements and provide effective AEM solutions.
- Lead the implementation and development of AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
- Apply AEM development and deployment best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues affecting AEM applications and web experiences.
- Collaborate with development and technical teams to support AEM application enhancements and ongoing maintenance.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on AEM development practices and standards.




- Contribute to technical discussions and solution design activities.
- Stay current with emerging AEM trends, technologies, and development practices.
- Lead, motivate, influence, and generate enthusiasm among team members.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development experience.
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, templates, workflows, and services.
- Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Experience with Git and version control practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and influence team members.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with enterprise-scale AEM implementations and web applications.
- Experience leading AEM development initiatives and providing technical direction.
- Strong understanding of AEM development and deployment best practices.
