Serve as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of clients in Ontario

Develop, manage, and strengthen long-term client relationships

Represent iA Financial Group at client retirement committee, annual, and employee meetings

Provide training on products, services, and available tools

Manage client expectations through transparent, timely, and effective communication

Understand client needs and identify solutions aligned with objectives and service standards

Collaborate with the education team on communication plans

Identify opportunities to increase pension plan participation and member engagement

Inform clients about products, services, legislative developments, and other changes affecting pension programs

Partner with the Sales team on business development and finalist presentations

Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of service models and strategies

Collaborate with other Client Relationship Managers through meetings and workshops to share knowledge and best practices

Requirements

Detailed knowledge of pension plans and strong technical expertise

Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion, and planning skills
