The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who can effectively manage daily operations, support and develop technicians, drive customer satisfaction, build a high‑performing team culture, and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the department.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the plumbing and HVAC service department.Lead, mentor, coach, and motivate a team of skilled technicians.Develop team capabilities through ongoing coaching, technical training, performance management, and career development initiatives.Create a culture of accountability, customer service excellence, and continuous improvement.Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch activities to ensure efficient response times and service delivery.Monitor workflow and optimize productivity while maintaining service quality standards.Develop preventative maintenance proposals and service agreements for commercial customers.Prepare maintenance reports and communicate recommendations and findings to clients.Prepare and provide quotations and estimates.Work collaboratively with internal departments to maintain strong communication and operational efficiency.Manage department inventory, equipment,
