In this position, you will be key to driving the end-to-end development and delivery of impactful banking products and services within the Data & Analytics Centre of Excellence for P&BB; Canada. You will collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams to translate customer insights and strategic priorities into tangible solutions that enhance customer experience and generate revenue growth.Pay rate range (CAD): $47.10/hr – $56.52/hrResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end design, development, and launch of banking products and services aligned with strategic goalsEvaluate customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and recommend solutionsDevelop and optimize multi-channel customer journeys, leveraging design thinking principlesAssist in creating strategic plans by identifying emerging trends and articulating long-term implicationsMaintain awareness of core product systems, technology architecture, and market trends relevant to solution deliveryOversee testing processes including QA, UAT, and end-to-end testing to ensure quality standardsCollaborate with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication, manage vendor relationships, and drive team influenceUtilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics, identify trends,
