What You’ll Need

- 3+ years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, accounting, or construction support
- Experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or oil & gas environments
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset and high attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team as needed
