Reporting directly to the HSE Team Lead, you will lead safety initiatives and ensure adherence to standards within a complex operational environment. This role is about enhancing safety culture through engagement and continuous improvement, working closely with frontline teams.

Key Responsibilities:



• Drive the implementation of HSSE initiatives and safety campaigns • Conduct field inspections and enhance compliance • Support effective communication regarding safety standards • Coach and mentor teams on HSSE principles • Assess and manage operational risks proactively

Requirements: • At least 10 years of industrial experience in HSSE • Strong rapport-building and communication abilities • Expertise in HSSE systems and processes • Capacity to work outdoors and in varied conditions • Legal eligibility to work in Canada required
