You 'll have access to cutting-edge tools, continuous learning programs, mentorship from experienced leaders, and a culture that values every voice and idea.Job OverviewPosition Schedule:Full-TimeAs a subject matter expert and a champion of client-centered comprehensive planning and advice and complete wealth management on the Client Consultation Group, the Wealth Consultant II will provide ongoing professional planning advice on complex strategies to branch teams and their high-net-worth clients. They will take an integrated and holistic approach to planning by collaborating with other internal subject matter experts and the client 's external professional advisors (i.E. tax, legal and other advisors), utilize all planning tools available in order to assist clients with their complex planning needs in order to achieve their goals. They will also have experience with portfolio construction and understand how to create an investment portfolio for HNW individuals that will allow them to achieve their long-term goals with the appropriate risk. The Wealth Consultant actively engages as a high-performance team member. They have a commitment to continuous growth, robust communication and collaboration skills.ResponsibilitiesDevelop solutions-based wealth planning strategies for high-net worth clients with complex needs using a team approachPersonalize strategies to provide expert knowledge around issues affecting affluent clients, including but not limited to pension plans, holding companies, and charitable donationsSimplify complex strategies to assist branch teams and clientsCommunicate with financial advisors and clients to gain understanding of client 's needs, aid in documentingclient goals, articulate investment strategy and recommendations,

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:Hiring Minimum:$86000Hiring Maximum:$146400Skills/RequirementsBachelors degree preferably in Business, Finance or AccountingAccredited financial planning designation (CFP)F.PI or PI.Fin (Pl.Fin-IQPF applicable for Quebec) preferred but not requiredCIRO licensedStrong consideration given for CIM, CFA levels 1 or 2 or CFADesiredProfessional designations such as CPA, LLB, JD, TEPLife insurance licenseEstate and/or tax coursesStrong understanding of the comprehensive financial planning process including: retirement planning, cash flow planning, investment planning, tax planning,
