A high percentage of travel (30‑50%), including overnight trips, should be expected.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Development of the distribution network, while building positive relationships with dealers and customersDevelop and implement marketing strategies including field demonstrationsPerform market analysis and demand‑driven development of our productsOnsite marketing, technical and operational training of authorized dealers and customersManage the sales territory,



working closely with dealers and customers to generate sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction of our productsPlan, organize and participate at regional farm shows, dealer meetings and field training programsMaintain current product knowledge of all equipment, parts and serviceRequired Knowledge and Skills:Excellent English communication, both written and oralFarm and/or agricultural equipment experiencePost‑secondary education, preferred in business or mechanical tradeAbility to work autonomously, flexible and highly service‑orientedTechnical aptitude and mechanically inclinedSelf‑motivated with a positive can‑do and results‑oriented attitudeExceptional inter‑personal communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical skills with ability to solve problems and provide solutionsSales experience in the agriculture industryValid driver’s license with a clean driving record3‑5 years territory management experience in the agriculture equipment industry, is an assetWe thank all applicants; however, only those considered qualified will be contacted for an interview.The pay range for this role is: 90,000 - 110,000 CAD per year (Braber Ltd - ON)#J-18808-Ljbffr
