Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Schedule shifts for staff such as sandwich makers and set work procedures.
- Estimate and order restaurant supplies including breads, sauces, veggies, etc.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Establish work schedules.
- Ensure acceptable food quality and service levels.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised.
Qualifications
- Completed high school education.
- Knowledge of English language.
- At least one year of work experience in a similar field.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
