You will empower clients to fully engage in their personal responsibilities and community activities, ensuring a safe environment for healing and growth. Your role includes active participation in team meetings and updates in client documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver crisis support and educational resources
• Support clients with daily living tasks and household duties
• Document client progress in Mustimuhw database
• Facilitate community relations and social activities
• Maintain household supplies and medication safety
Requirements:
• Education in social services, healthcare, or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in Indigenous community support
• Mental Health First Aid and trauma-informed training
• Class 5 driver's license with community transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
