Apply now and help us bring wellness to life.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management & Merchandising StrategyLead the execution of floor merchandising, stock replenishment, and visual resets to maximize product visibility and salesReceive, process, and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against invoices and company standardsPartner with department leads and Store Management to forecast inventory needs and plan seasonal merchandisingMonitor backroom organization and optimize storage systems for efficiency and product careIdentify low‑stock, expired, or damaged items, and recommend replenishment or removal actionsMaintain inventory accuracy through scheduled cycle counts and restocking practicesVisual Presentation & Brand StandardsImplement and maintain planograms, promotional signage, and end‑cap displays in accordance with company merchandising guidelinesCreate engaging, customer‑friendly visual displays that highlight key product features and seasonal trendsUphold store appearance and visual standards by ensuring aisles, displays, and fixtures are neat, clean, and fully stockedRotate products regularly to ensure freshness,



minimize shrink, and enhance the shopping experienceSupport in‑store events and wellness promotions by executing display plans and merchandising zonesProvide daily guidance and mentorship to team members responsible for merchandising and inventory supportCoordinate with receiving, grocery, produce, and brand teams to support a cohesive in‑store experienceAct as a point of contact for visual execution and merchandising best practices at the store levelParticipate in store leadership meetings, contributing insights on merchandising performance and process improvementCustomer Experience & Operational SupportAssist customers with product location, stock checks, and general product questionsPromote a safe, clean, and organized work and shopping setting at all timesContribute to daily store operations including open/close procedures, promotions setup, and signage compliancePerform additional tasks and responsibilities as assignedTraining & ComplianceCompletion of assigned training modulesOngoing participation in workshops and brand education sessions to stay current on wellness trends and company initiativesDemonstrated commitment to attendance, punctuality, team collaboration, and reliabilityOther DutiesPerform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications and Requirements3-5 years of retail or grocery merchandising experience, with leadership or keyholder experience preferredExcellent understanding of visual merchandising principles, retail flow, and customer shopping behaviorStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple merchandising projects simultaneouslyStrong verbal communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead by exampleProficiency with POS systems, handheld inventory tools,
