This role provides the opportunity to manage and administer high-risk and high-value professional services contracts, collaborate closely with Client-Partners, and contribute to the delivery of complex projects. Employees enjoy a supportive, professional environment and access to one of the strongest benefits packages in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple professional services contracts and competing priorities.Monitor contract cost, scope, and schedule, addressing risks and ensuring deliverables are met.Prepare estimates and negotiate costs for changes in contract scope.Review invoices, statements of work, and consultant deliverables for compliance.Carry out quality assurance and write performance reviews.Track schedules, milestones, and financial aspects of contracts.Stakeholder & Client-Partner RelationsDevelop and maintain effective relationships with consultants, industry partners, and Client-Partners.Liaise with Client-Partner representatives on contract risks and status updates.Provide regular reports and advice on contract management issues.Quality Assurance & ComplianceEnsure consultant deliverables meet corporate and Client-Partner quality standards.Verify compliance with health and safety, industrial security, and environmental requirements.Document communications, risks, and key contract details.Other DutiesReview statements of work for potential risks.Conduct or attend site visits and contract-related meetings.Support business development and other corporate initiatives.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceMinimum: College diploma in engineering, architecture, or related field with at least five years of relevant experience, or the equivalent.Preferred: Certification in an applicable field (e.G., Project Management Professional,
