- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviews, candidate communication, and hiring.
- Represent EXFO at career fairs, conferences, and university or professional events.
- Contribute to onboarding new employees and ensuring a successful transition.
- Leverage data and AI-powered tools to enhance searches, insights, and recommendations.
- Contribute market intelligence, location insights, and talent trends to workforce planning discussions.
- Share best practices and collaborate with the team to strengthen collective capabilities.
- Test new tools and approaches to improve recruitment processes.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and the technological evolution of Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
- Comfortable working with collaborative tools and AI.
- University degree in a related field.
- Proficiency in English is required for frequent oral and written communication with clients,



partners, suppliers, or colleagues located outside Quebec.
