The opportunity: We re hiring an Implementation Manager to own and evolve the company s Implementation Methodology as our product suite expands. This is a self-starter role: you build the playbook for how we implement the company s ICP products today, then adapt it as new products and services come online.



You ll drive implementation workflow independently, manage cross-functional projects end-to-end, and partner with Sales and Operations to get new business live and delivered as sold. What you ll do: Build and evolve the Implementation Methodology: task definitions, personas, ownership, timing, dependencies, templates. Standardize them so the outputs can span across customers, services, and recent ICP products as our suite grows. Take first-mover ownership of implementation gaps: when a new product or service doesn t have a playbook yet, you build one, rather than waiting to be told. Partner with Sales and Operations as the client s primary point of contact through implementation, including solutioning support. Lead implementation for new accounts and new business with existing clients, from award through ramp to steady-state delivery.
