The Salvation Army's William Booth Special Care Home is hiring a Temporary Part Time Continuing Care Assistant. You will help enhance clients' physical and emotional well-being through personalized support. Salary ranges from $23.170 to $24.840, and you will work through a three-week rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal care to residents daily
• Assist clients in meeting their physical and emotional needs
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team
• Keep organized care documentation
• Promote independence through effective daily living activities
Requirements:
• Must hold a Continuing Care Assistant certificate
• Effective leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and with a team
• Basic computer proficiency
• Valid driver's license, when needed
