Job DetailsJob ID:26-16520Job Title:Solution Architect - CRM - SeniorLocation:Toronto, ON, CanadaClient:Public SectorPay Rate:$95–105/hr CADQualificationsMinimum 8 years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, with significant experience leading or governing Microsoft Dynamics 365‑based implementations.Demonstrated experience supporting large‑scale, multi‑year IT modernization or transformation initiatives.Experience working within structured architecture, security, and delivery governance environments, preferably within public‑sector style contexts.Proven ability to operate in a lead architectural role, while collaborating effectively with delivery teams, vendors, and enterprise stakeholders.Strong documentation, communication, and decision‑making skills, with the ability to articulate architectural direction and rationale.Evaluation CriteriaCriteria 1: Architectural judgement & End‑to‑End Solution – 45 PointsDefining, owning, or governing large‑scale, enterprise‑level end‑to‑end solution architectures across multiple architectural domains, including application, data, integration, infrastructure, and security considerations.Experience designing and evolving enterprise solution architectures beyond initial go‑live, such as post‑implementation enhancements, architectural refactoring or optimization, scaling, performance tuning, or resilience improvements.Demonstrated architectural decision‑making accountability, including evaluating architectural options and trade‑offs, balancing functional and non‑functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, maintainability), and adapting architectural direction in response to delivery constraints or emerging risks.Experience making architectural decisions within constrained enterprise environments, such as legacy system dependencies, regulatory requirements,



or fixed delivery timelines.Providing architectural leadership and direction across multiple delivery teams and/or vendors within large or distributed delivery environments, ensuring architectural integrity without direct managerial authority.Identifying architectural limitations or risks within complex enterprise environments during delivery or operations and adjusting solution direction to mitigate long‑term impacts.Demonstrated accountability for the long‑term sustainability and operational outcomes of architectural decisions.Criteria 2: Dynamics 365 CRM & Enterprise Integration – 30 PointsDemonstrated architectural experience designing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions within complex enterprise environments, including understanding of solution structure, extensibility, and platform capabilities.Experience architecting integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and other enterprise systems, such as Finance & Operations, enterprise data platforms (data warehouses, data lakes, analytics platforms), legacy systems, or external applications.Demonstrated use of enterprise integration patterns, including real‑time and asynchronous integrations, API‑based or service‑oriented integrations, and event‑based or batch processing patterns, where appropriate.Architectural understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform components within an enterprise solution context, including their role in integration, data management, and extensibility.Experience designing secure, scalable, and maintainable integration architectures that align with enterprise standards and operational requirements.Exposure to Azure‑based integration and data services as part of a Dynamics‑centric architecture (integration services, data pipelines,
