including detailed schedule management, change workflow tracking (CR/CTASK), cross‑team communication, cutover weekend coordination, RAID and governance documentation upkeep, and PMO compliance.Maintain and update master migration schedules (ESX, physical servers, DEV/PROD/DR cutovers).Coordinate calendars for change windows, gating reviews, CIO reviews, and working sessions.Track tasks, dependencies, lead times, and resource availability; flag conflicts tothe PM.Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day cross-team coordination.Draft and distribute migration notices, CR communications, and implementation updates.Capture meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups.Support migration windows by maintaining runbooks, progress logs, issue trackers, and bridge notes.Track validation completion, evidence capture, CTASK closure, and sign-offs.Maintain RAID logs, Clarity updates, and SharePoint/Teams repositories.Prepare weekly status summaries, dashboards, and governance-aligned reporting.
