Work remotely or in hybrid arrangements while improving IT/OT processes and systems across the organization.In this permanent role located in St. John's, you will drive the enhancement of business processes and facilitate the development of IT/OT systems. Key responsibilities include coordinating long-term planning for capital projects and supporting corporate information management initiatives, ensuring compliance with stakeholder requirements and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop annual OT capital budget requirements
- Document processes and recommend improvements
- Coordinate OT Roadmap maintenance with leadership
- Develop user guides and testing plans
- Serve as point of contact for ongoing IM activitiesRequirements:
- University degree in Commerce or Business Administration
- Minimum seven years of industry-related experience
- Experience in business analysis and operational technology
- Familiarity with information management practices
