Job DescriptionWhat is the prospect?Provide operational & administrative support to the Trading Room.Propose and implement automation and streamline processes where applicable.What will you do?Provide administrative support to the trading desk.Assist in the input of trade information and the reconciliation of previous day trading activity.Research security prices as required.Act as a liaison between trading and operations staff.Ensure timely and accurate settlement of all trades.Identify trade settlement issues while offering solutions to minimize risks or costs.Provide assistance and support to trade room staff and portfolio managers when implementing new processes or revising existing procedures.Pro-actively offer solutions for streamlining processes and/or procedures and ability to implement suggestions or new projects as developed.What do you need to succeed?Must HaveKnowledge of Excel with the ability to use and maintain macros.Must be a self-starter that can thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong oral and written skills.Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues.Team player with a positive attitude.Nice to HaveStrong analytical skills, with the ability to investigate intricate trade discrepancies and recommend a course of action.Familiarity with trading terminology and back-office processes.Working knowledge to any of the following systems: Charles River, Bloomberg, PCView, DTCC, GTSS, CloudMarginWhat's in it for you?A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible benefits, competitive compensation, commissions, and stock where applicableLeaders who support your development through coaching and managing opportunitiesAbility to make a difference and lasting impactWork in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive,
