The Manager of Clinical Services works in collaboration with staff, professional staff, patients/families, and the members of the Leadership and Senior Executive Teams. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day clinical operations of the Listowel CCC, Med/Surg and Family Birthing Centre. The Manager applies structured processes and controls, demonstrates robust leadership capabilities, and uses effective change management approaches to meet established standards for quality, efficiency, and safety in the care provided to individuals served by the Alliance. The successful candidate will be available 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday with on-call duty as required.
