In this critical role, the International Aviation EHS Manager will drive EHS compliance and performance monitoring across global aviation operations. You will work closely with Regional EHS Coordinators to ensure adherence to EHS policies and local regulations. This position entails identifying risks and providing corrective actions to uphold Top Aces' outstanding safety record.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and standardize EHS frameworks compliant with aviation risks • Guide regional teams in implementing best safety practices • Monitor compliance with EHS regulations and performance trends • Conduct audits and facilitate corrective actions for EHS events • Coordinate safety training and competency programs for teams

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required • 10+ years EHS experience in aviation or operational environments • Strong command of EHS regulatory frameworks • Adept at leading teams in a matrixed workplace • Excellent reporting and analysis skills
