In this full time role, you will be an essential part of the Mat Plant Operations team. As a Production Labourer, you will meet production goals while maintaining an organized and safe worksite. The role includes general labour responsibilities, equipment operation, and adherence to safety protocols, making it perfect for those committed to high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with maintaining production line targets
• Execute accurate mat finishing tasks
• Operate tools safely and maintain equipment
• Ensure cleanliness and order on the worksite
• Follow safety policies and procedures diligently
Requirements:
• Previous experience in labour settings required
• Experience in lumber or manufacturing advantageous
• Familiarity with power tools is preferred
• Grade 12 education is encouraged
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
