As a Bell Person, you'll be at the forefront of guest hospitality at Pursuit. You'll be responsible for assisting guests with their personal belongings, delivering in and out baggage services, and maintaining a welcoming environment in the lodge's common areas. This role offers the opportunity to share local highlights and assist team members foster an inviting atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and help with their baggage
• Provide thorough baggage service for tour groups
• Share information about entertainment options
• Keep lobby and public areas clean and inviting
• Act as a knowledgeable Concierge for guests
Requirements:
• Experience in guest service or as a Bell Person
• Commitment to teamwork and guest satisfaction
• Capable of lifting over 50 lbs regularly
• Versatile in handling diverse job responsibilities
• Dedication to providing outstanding service
