Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, this role is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations, performance, and overall success of a diverse residential portfolio across London, Chatham, Stratford, Guelph, Breslau, and Kitchener.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property management qualified who enjoys leading teams, building strong resident relationships, driving operational excellence, and making a direct impact on portfolio performance and asset value.The successful candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, bring a proactive and solutions‑focused mindset, and be passionate about delivering exceptional resident experiences while supporting and developing on‑site teams.What You’ll Be DoingOversee the operations and performance of a residential portfolio across multiple markets throughout Southwestern OntarioLead, mentor, and support Resident Managers and Assistant Resident Managers to drive strong property performance and resident satisfactionEnsure properties are well‑maintained, professionally operated, and consistently aligned with company standardsFoster a high level of customer service for both current and prospective residentsRespond to resident concerns, operational issues, and emergencies in a professional, timely, and solutions‑oriented mannerConduct regular property, suite, building, and grounds inspections and maintain proper documentation and reportingManage operating budgets and support cost control initiatives across the portfolioCoordinate maintenance activities, capital projects, contractors, and vendor relationshipsReview arrears reports and support rent collection processes and legal notices where requiredApprove invoices and assist with accounts payable related to managed propertiesSupport resident retention initiatives, engagement programs,
