and compliance with established guidelinesComplete high‑volume direct credit entry and maintain accurate records within internal systems and databasesCommunicate professionally with members and internal stakeholders regarding submissions, approvals, and documentation requirementsManage multiple submissions and competing priorities while meeting established timelinesMaintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail when reviewing records and dataProvide administrative support to the broader team as requiredQualificationsCollege diploma in Business Administration or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in administrative support and high‑volume data entryPrevious experience reviewing and processing CPD credit submissions, transcripts, education records, or similar documentation is strongly preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to accurately review large volumes of informationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to communicate effectively with diverse audiencesProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentAbility to understand, interpret, and work with data effectivelyProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Salesforce is considered an assetStrong problem‑solving skills and sound judgment within established procedures and guidelinesExperience within education coordination, program administration, credential review, or college/university environments is considered a strong assetCandidates must be located within the GTA to accommodate occasional in‑office requirements in Mississauga#J-18808-Ljbffr
