- Provide litigation support in family law, shareholder disputes, commercial litigation, insurance claims, and personal injury matters
- Assist with corporate finance engagements, including valuations related to the purchase and sale of business interests
- Provide due diligence services such as quality of earnings reports
- Support purchasers and sellers in negotiating transaction terms and reviewing purchase and sale agreements
- Prepare financial models, business assessments, viability studies, and computer-based financial projections
- Support valuation engagements related to corporate reorganizations, estate planning, management buyouts, going-private transactions, fairness opinions, and shareholder or employee share purchases

Requirements

- CBV designation or current enrolment in the CBV program
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Self-motivated and collaborative, with a strong team-oriented approach
