OverviewMaersk Logistics & Services Canada, Inc. provides end‑to‑end warehousing and distribution logistics, managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of cargo across our strategic network of facilities.ShiftMonday‑Friday 9:00a.M.–5:30p.M.ResponsibilitiesReview inbound appointment log and open order report each day to plan work activities.Plan inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.Oversee sorting operations, ensuring productivity, efficiency, safety, and security.Determine staffing needs based on workload and schedule staff accordingly.Assign workers to specific duties based on workload and shipping schedules.Review and update operational procedures as necessary and communicate changes to warehouse associates.Track productivity and qualify performance by individual, function, and department.Advise employees on handling of items received, stored, shipped; methods and use of equipment; and resolve related problems.Trace history of items to determine reasons for inventory discrepancies and recommend remedial actions.Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow.Issue written and oral instructions and ensure proper safety procedures are followed.Be available to work afternoons, nights, and weekends.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesCarries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.Train employees; plan, assign,
