As part of our agile team, you'll partner with the Marketing Manager to organize on-mountain events, ensuring they are executed flawlessly. In this hands-on position, you will also oversee event staff, track performance metrics, and contribute to marketing strategies that promote the beauty of Kimberley Alpine Resort.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and promote engaging on-mountain events
• Supervise staff to ensure smooth event operations
• Collaborate on impactful marketing campaigns
• Analyze event performance for future improvements
• Create engaging content for social media platforms
Requirements:
• Experience in event coordination, preferably outdoors
• Intermediate to advanced skiing/snowboarding skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Current Class 5 driver’s license
• Physically fit to lift 50 lbs
