and a flexible, work-life balanced environment that supports your professional growth*The wage for this Treatment Coordinator position is**$28-$30/hour**depending on skills, experience, and location.*### **Your Role:*** Serve as the main point of contact for patients, explaining treatment plans, procedures, costs, and financing options* Support treatment planning by coordinating appointments and follow-ups with the dental team* Present treatment costs, collect payments, process insurance claims, and assist with payment plans* Build strong patient relationships to encourage treatment acceptance, retention, and follow-up care* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth scheduling to optimize chair time* Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality care* Uphold privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards in all patient interactions### **About You:*** Previous clinical experience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator is required* Knowledge and understanding of dental treatment plans and ability to educate patients is required* Experience with dental software programs is required* Strong customer service experience*Application Information:**Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
