In this crucial Production Supervisor role, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations, guiding Lead Hands and production teams to achieve outstanding results. Collaborate across departments to monitor resources and mitigate risks, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead production activities to meet quality and delivery goals
• Communicate plant priorities clearly to staff and teams
• Monitor key performance indicators to identify improvements
• Provide hands-on support for operational challenges
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
Requirements:
• At least five years in a similar leadership role
• Solid understanding of Lean and RCCA methodologies
• Solid analytical and communication skills
• Experience in a unionized environment valued
• Post-secondary education in Manufacturing or related field
