Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed sales objectives for services offered
• Engage potential members with timely outreach across diverse platforms
• Provide in-depth studio knowledge during consultations




• Create and evaluate marketing campaigns for growth and member retention
• Oversee CRM management for effective lead tracking and follow-up
Requirements:
• Degree in business or marketing with an emphasis on client service
• Minimum 1-year sales experience in fitness or memberships
• Proficient in CRM tools; familiarity with Hapana is a plus
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Genuine love for fitness and Pilates, with weekend availability
