Project Delivery Team LeadWe are seeking a Project Delivery Team Lead to join our team in any of our offices. The Project Delivery Team Lead / Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and delivering technology projects that support the Firm’s operational and strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technology Project Management Office (TPMO), this role manages planning, execution, and monitoring of technology initiatives while ensuring alignment with established project governance, timelines, and organizational priorities.This is a newly created role and does not replace an existing position.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of technology projects by planning, coordinating, and executing project activities using established project management methodologies and tools to ensure initiatives are delivered within defined scope, timelines, and quality expectations.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource requirements by collaborating with technology teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to coordinate tasks and manage dependencies.Coordinate the work of project resources and support staff, providing direction, guidance, and oversight to maintain effective collaboration and ensure project activities progress according to plan.Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies by monitoring activities and working with teams and leadership to mitigate potential delays or operational impacts.Engage with project stakeholders by facilitating meetings, communicating project updates, and documenting decisions to maintain alignment and support effective outcomes.Work with technology vendors and internal technical teams to coordinate implementation activities,



system changes, and solution delivery for successful deployment of technology solutions.Support project governance by maintaining documentation, status reports, and decision records using TPMO frameworks and reporting tools for transparency, accountability, and consistency.Monitor project progress, milestones, and performance metrics by reviewing schedules, task completion, and resource utilization to provide status updates and identify areas requiring attention or escalation.What You’ll BringBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.6–9 years of experience in project management, technology implementation, or technology operations roles.Experience delivering technology projects within an enterprise or professional services environment.Experience supporting a professional services organization such as a law firm, accounting firm, or consulting firm is considered an asset.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery practices.Experience managing technology projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.Ability to develop and maintain project plans, schedules,
